In hope and full recognition that in and through love, we are transformed into who we are as individuals. We don’t lose ourselves.

You miss out on a lot that way.

I couldn’t comprehend how anyone conceived of a structure so hideous so as to call it a home or be put in the same category.

But rather, those who accept the responsibility of what it means most to be human. A full life.

And on that rare occasion, you encounter the glance of a stranger, or merely witness that moment at a distance.
